As everyone should know by now, Inspection (read below) is an event that weeds out those that are not adept to be a SexyToys Member in the guild. If members do not tell me who they added in as their alts, or new members, they are on a large risk - scale of being booted during Inspection every Saturday.

So to avoid that, I would like to ask ALL members to POST here on this thread who you add in between the week. THAT way, I can keep tabs who recently joined and avoid kicking those individuals. If there aren't any replies, then I will assume each non-contributive member stayed for a whole week and will further process them within the Inspection Event.

(Mon 2 Apr 2012 - 22:46) Inspection Event:

There will be a Contribution Electoral on ranks starting this Saturday 7, 2012 at 12:30pm & extending to every Saturday (-6:00 GMT).

Those that have not contributed and have 0 Quest Items / or Penya will be kicked from the guild. This is to make sure who has been paying attention. Do note that Contribution to the guild IS mandatory.

To pass this inspection you need to donate a minimum of at least 1 QI or 1 penya as your contribution data for this Saturday to be positively sure that YOU are paying attention to our system rules! This does not guarantee a permanent stay, but it will at least pass the inspection event. To permanently stay in the guild, you need to pass 2R expectancy as described further below.

Decision with ALTS

Alts are welcomed in guild as long as there is always an opened spot. However if the guild goes max 80 members, then the following might occur:

Alt vs Mains Poll Policy
New non-alt player seeking guild invite will take place of ALT2 or higher in accordance with our ALT poll policy.

Don't sweat about where to put your alts!

Thankfully, Admin Spot & Toy-Event Coordinator Kakashi have solutions for this situation. All of your remaining ALTS can join one of our sub guilds.

Remember, this is not to punish any of you. Since three tournaments are coming up, this regulation is in place to HELP you become more aware of the guild, active to the very least and have more fun in the game!

IF you cannot attend this week whatsoever, provide me with a valid reason in private message in-game or forums and I'll exclude you for this saturday's inspection. However you will need to make it up for next time.
