Re: Alt (Alternatives) Vs Mains

This poll is re brought again for the purpose of members wanting to revote.

Rules: In order to take this poll seriously I want your opinions, that means YOU MUST post a reply or I will not take your poll count (and yes I will know who voted or not).

Current Status: 1 Main, 1 Alt allowed.

If you make a mistake while voting, your able to cancel your vote and redo it. (Though if you redo it, You still must provide a post edit saying why you changed your mind). I want to hear from ALL (75+) OF YOU! Not just a few forum members!

Hey Soulistiq, an Alt here is referred to alternative character within the guild. Right now it's set to just 1 Main character allowed and 1 Alt character.

In compliance to the old poll, we as a guild voted that the guild should only have 1 Main character and that 1 alt's contribution would be added to the main character. Aside from Contribution, this poll also reflects greatly on how rank is asserted.

I put Main + 1 Alt, with the stipulation that the main must be stated and the alt can be kicked at any given time to allow access for new members.

No or only 1 alt:
pro - a broad variety of members who all contribute to the most, making the guild level and active
con - when you are on your alt its hard to keep in touch with the guildies (only by friends list which can be a pain during leveling)
Maybe a set percentage of alts, once this % is reached: no adding of alts.


Would it be possible to make an alt-guild??? Have no idea if that will work. No "heavy" rules, just to keep in touch with the guildies when you level an alt. Something like SexyBabyToys

I voted for one alt, that way someone who wants to play with their alt character will still be able to talk in guild chat, and with only one alt being allowed itll help keep the guild clutter free of unecessary characters

along with everyone else i voted 1 main 1 alt....its just the way it should be so new members can join and the guild isnt clogged with alts...system shouldnt be changed 0o

I voted for 1 Alt. I think it would be good to let the Alts in, but if their were say... 3 per person, new people wouldn't be able to get in the guild.

I agree if you need to make room kick the ALT
